Darkness and Light

Kenzie and I bought the World Combat League DVD the other day and I would personally recommend it. It's what Chuck Norris advertised in Black Belt magazine a while back and I didn't get whatever channel it aired on, but it is on DVD and on our bookshelf. Anyone who wants to see girls - I should say women - fight, really fight, not in-their-undies-pillow-fighting-for-the-men-in-the-audience fighting, should see this.

Far from being the deepest/most interesting thought I've had lately. I tend to think deep thoughts when I'm driving and there's no way for me to jot them down. I hope that doesn't become the time I start channeling. Oh yeah, I can do that too. Apparently I told Ardra that there would be a birth and a death when she went to Mississippi (but I don't remember). And there were. (Well, kinda. Her brother did the latter and some other member of her family being pregnant is the former.) So anyway, if you know anything about channeling or how to develop it (or any other psychic 'gifts'), or possibly how to make myself remember it, let me know. I've been told by another channeler that I might not remember it if the knowledge isn't for me. So then I guess I have to hope that the person the knowledge is for is with me. Not good enough.

In other news, I should be a green belt blue tip in taekwondo by the time I write anything in here again (so don't mess with me, cause I might be able to kick your ass haha). I finally got the patches on my dobak (spelling? the word's' Korean) put on semi-decently. Ever try sewing patches on martial arts outfits? It's a bitch. Bitch and a half actually. Hmm. I wonder if this site's one of those no-cussing types so a few of the words  I just typed will be strange non-me-like words.

OK gotta go take Kenzie to work now so I am going to stop writing. Also I get to scrape stupid frozen water that fell on my car today off. (I know, it's improper grammar to use a preposition at the end of a sentence. I can hear the voice of my evil 10th grade English teacher now.)
